Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through our contact form: name, email address, company, requested service, message.
No sensitive data as defined by the GDPR is requested. We do not collect payment data or geolocation data on this website.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to respond to your request, prepare a quote and manage the commercial relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention period
Data submitted through the contact form is kept for the time necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact for commercial follow-up purposes, unless you object.
Accounting and contractual data is kept in accordance with applicable legal obligations (up to 10 years for accounting documents).
Recipients
Your data is intended for WebcraftStudio only. It may be processed by our technical subprocessors (hosting provider, email provider) strictly within the scope of their assignment and under a contractual confidentiality obligation.
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
Our providers are, wherever possible, located within the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU is covered by the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission).
